“If we do not unite, our voice will be scattered.” - Sanjay Giri
I am Sanjay Giri—speaking to you today as a fellow editor, not from the authority of any position.
We all know that the editor is the person who's always at the forefront when our country is going through a tough time. And when things are really bad who is the person who is left alone. It is the editor again.
To end this isolation, to give our voice national strength, and to restore the dignity of the media, the Editors Club of India has come into being. This club is not just an organization— it is the largest editorial movement in India.
A united platform for our security, dignity, rights, and freedom.
Friends, if we do not work together, our voices will not be strong enough.. If we stand together, this very voice will shape the direction of the nation.
I say this to you—
Joining the club is not an option anymore; it is a necessity today. We have to do it for ourselves for our profession and for the democracy that we care about, which is built on what we write.
So come on. Let us work together and let us be the support that every editor in India needs the most today.
Your friend,
Sanjay Giri
